Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Graduation from a recognised university.
- A recognised primary teacher training qualification, such as BTC, D.El.Ed. or an equivalent course as accepted in the advertisement.
- A valid TET qualification (UPTET or CTET) for classes 1 to 5, as required by the notification.
Age Limit
- Minimum age: 21 years as on 1 July 2026.
- Maximum age for the urban posts: 40 years as per reports.
- Age relaxation is given as per the UP Government rules. This includes 5 years for SC, ST and OBC, 15 years for PwBD, extra relaxation for ex-servicemen, and a higher upper limit for Shiksha Mitras.
