Preparation Tips for K-TET

  • Know the syllabus for your category. Every category has its own subject list, such as Child Development and Pedagogy, languages, Environmental Studies, Maths or subject-based questions.
  • Practise previous papers. The question style is repeated often, so old papers show you what to expect.
  • Strengthen child psychology and teaching methods. Many candidates lose marks here.
  • Time yourself. With 150 questions in 150 minutes, you have about one minute per question.
  • Revise Kerala-specific education topics if they are part of your category syllabus.
